Dear friends in the community:

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude and heartfelt thoughts for your kind support through this most difficult time.  As you can imagine, our pain and suffering runs deep.  Each one of you who has extended your prayers and concerns is providing us with tremendous strength to help us rebuild our lives.  You don't know how much this means to us.  If it were possible, we would come visit each and every one of you personally to thank you.

We hope that we will continue to see you and be your friends as time goes by.  Troy and Alana were such beautiful kids.  They were the ones who made living in Danville so special for us.  It was through them that we met so many great people such as you.

In the days ahead, we will take on a new mission to bring about positive changes. This will include a drive to reexamine safety measures throughout this community.  Hopefully, through our relentless efforts, we will be able to provide a safer environment for you and your families.

As our grief subsides, we know that the anger and frustration with our justice system will surface.  We want you to know that we will do everything possible to contact our local and state officials to make changes in our laws that will prevent this from happening to another family.  Rest assured that we will be equally relentless in not accepting anything short of an impactful, positive change.  We invite you to share your ideas, experience, and energy in this crusade.

Please feel free to contact us through the following email address: troyandalana@sbcglobal.net.

Our best to you and your families.  God bless Troy and Alana.

Love, Bob and Carmen Pack
