THE TROY AND ALANA PACK FOUNDATION is a nonprofit organization.  Our goal is to help educate the public about traffic safety and responsibility, to promulgate legislation for traffic safety, and to help implement enforcement of those laws.  This will be accomplished through the creation and passing of stricter DUI and DMV laws and enforcement through the California State Legislature.  We are working to bring about new public policies on both the state and national levels.
